We've collected shells on the beach when we go on holidays and I never know what to do with them, until now. They line the path to the garden, in between the pavers. I think we need more of them!
The shells have been languishing in a box for a while now. At least now we get to see them. I also really like how Tricia put them in a wooden barrel with sand for her daughter to play with - http://www.littleecofootprints.com/2011/06/our-natural-outdoor-play-space.html - unfortunately my 2 are past that now - might be an idea for your children?
Needing lots more shells equates to lots more beachy holidays. :)

I'd have to agree :)
ReplyDeletePretty idea! I like to bring a few handfuls of shells home after a trip to the beach. Unfortunately this is only a few times a year!
