Tilly in the Bin

Our cat Tilly finds the weirdest spots to sleep. Here she is in one of her favourite spots....the bin! My family finds it amusing. Although, I think my dad appreciates it because now, he can actually have his chair back(Tilly used to love sitting and playing on my dad's chair until she met the bin). I have no idea how she thinks it's comfortable. Tilly must look angry in the picture because we have just disturbed her from her cat nap.

Promise of Spring

The weather is starting to warm up ever so slowly and the garden is starting to show tiny glimpses of spring.  Spring stars - delicate little purple delights are springing up.  As is the French lavender.  Couple this with sprigs of the ever obliging Seaside daisies and you have a lovely posie of freshness.  Just in time to chase the winter blues away.

Silly Tilly

Tilly is sometimes really cute and cuddly but sometimes she can be such a nuisance. Today must have been the day she not only annoyed us but also my furry friend. Jennifer. Somehow, Tilly managed to get up on top of the rabbit cage and let me tell you Jennifer was not happy. The fight was on!

A Bubbly Afternoon

Blowing bubbles on a lovely wintry afternoon...

A Fresh Feast

Two of my best furry friends definitely had a fresh feast today. I just love playing with my two rabbits, Benjamin and Jennifer. Whenever they are good or well behaved, I always give them treats such as raisins or banana chips(both of which are supposed to be adored by rabbits that have a sweet tooth). But today, I decided to give them something different. Something more fresh. In the end, I decided to give them some corriander from my small vegetable garden pot. They loved it. It must have been heavenly because not only was the coriander freshly grown, but at the end of the fresh feast, there was barely any coriander left in the pot. Maybe I fed them a little too much.
