A Purple and Blue Quilt

With all this rain one keeps one's hands busy indoors by...

taking out the quilt top that I had finished for Pip in her favourite blue/purple combo...

then the arduous task of pinning the 3 layers in place...

then quilting...backed with matching flannel sheet (serendipitous find at a Salvos store).
