La Niña

 Has come.  And with her lots of rain.  A cooler (but humid) summer.  It also means that progress on the run and coop has been very slow.  Meanwhile I have put a tarp over the chick’s temporary run.  They are 6weeks old. I think we have a couple of pullets (I hope) and definitely one cockerel.  Will wait for a few more weeks before I pull the plug on the boys (the breeder said she will take them back).
