Thermal Cooking

Beef stew in the stainless steel pot simmering over the stove...

Into the Thermal pot to keep cooking slowly...

Closed and cooking...all ready in a minimum of 4 hours
With the weather cooling down significantly, the thermal cooker has had a good work out in our home...Ours was an $80 purchase from Aldi a couple of years back.  I love that it uses very little gas and 20 minutes of simmering is all that's required and then it sits on the benchtop slowly stewing for 4 hours.  Plus the bonus that it keeps piping hot till we get home!
